quest ' year to the nineteenth edition, is a PhD International
open to European artists of age between the twenty-four and thirty-two years (inclusive
by 31/12/2010). Promote the four European countries - Belgium, France, Italy and
Portugal - with the aim of bringing together young actors trained in
dramatic art academies and schools of theater ' Europe already active as
professionals, and renowned directors of the international scene, to create
work experience strongly aimed at the comparison and exchange of
expertise on methods and practices of staging, from texts, languages \u200b\u200band
different artistic languages, during a workshop itinerant character.
The advanced course will be conducted this year by director Matthew Lenton .
Since 1999 Lenton
developed with this company has seen him build a theater from the power of stories
evocative mainly told through a visual language, with a style that
combines physical performance, set new design, film and animation. Lenton
has also directed the National Theatre of Scotland and a regular contributor in the field

for his course at the Ecole Nouvelle des Maîtres Matthew Lenton has already chosen a title,
Wonderland, and a clear line of work. "Like Alice in Wonderland -

The course will develop from 2 August to 14 September 2010 and will, this year, two

The outcomes of the workshop will be presented to the public during demonstrations Final

public demonstration in Naples in September (location to be determined), September 8 in Rome
( Teatro Valle), 11 September in Brussels (venue to be determined), September 14 in Lisbon
(Teatro Nacional D. Maria II), with an upturn in the autumn on 11 December in Reims (The
Comédie de Reims).
Actors selected to participate in the XIX edition will be sixteen, to the extent of
four actors / actresses allowed for each partner country at the Ecole Nouvelle.
The working language during the course will be English.
It is expected the presence of an interpreter in support of students' understanding.

- aged twenty-four and thirty-two years (completed by 31/12/2010);
- diploma of a school of dramatic art and acting Italian materiality

- pursue a professional stage in addition to work in schools;
- had not participated in previous editions of the 'Ecole des Maîtres (1990-2003) and
Thierry Salmon Project -
- knowledge of spoken and written at least intermediate level B1 (Quadro
Common European) and any other foreign languages;
Each applicant must submit a dossier containing:
- data and legible photocopy of an identity document;
- residence
- list and copies of qualifications for the training stage;
- statement on knowledge of spoken and written, and any other
foreign languages;
- detailed professional curriculum, reporting any endorsements
- possible reasons for the application;
- declaration of commitment in case of admission to the course for its
entire duration without interruption;
- availability (address, telephone number, fax and e-mail) during June and July.
General
Applications, together with all annexes, will be brought forward via e-mail and
sent in the original by first class mail no later than June 16, 2010 the Secretary of

The selection of participants will be actors on the basis of
documentation submitted, the selection committee composed by the artistic director
